What we collect
- Contact and order details: name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, company name, and what you order.
- Artwork and instructions: files, logos, photos and branding notes you upload or send us.
- Messages: what you send through our contact forms, email, phone or social media.
- Payment: handled securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- Website use: information from cookies, such as pages visited and device type. See Cookies below.

Who we share it with
We only share what's needed with trusted providers who help us run the business: Shopify (our website and checkout), payment providers, delivery couriers, our email, accounting and customer management software, and suppliers who print or make your products. We never sell your data.
Some providers, including Shopify, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, it's protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: 6 years, as required by HMRC.
- Artwork files: for as long as needed to fulfil and reprint your orders. Ask us at any time to delete them.
- Enquiries that don't lead to an order: up to 2 years.
- Marketing: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email accounts@hethelprint.co.uk. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
