This website is run by Hethel Print & Design Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17404780 (VAT number GB 528 8024 80). These terms apply to every order placed on hethelprint.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Your order
1.1 When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean we have accepted it.
1.2 Our acceptance takes place when we have checked your artwork and start production, or when we dispatch stock items, whichever comes first.
1.3 We may decline an order, for example if the artwork is unsuitable, breaks these terms or the item is unavailable. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
2. Artwork, proofs and design
2.1 You're responsible for checking your artwork, including spelling, phone numbers, prices, dates and layout. We print what you supply or approve.
2.2 We check every file for print issues such as low resolution or missing bleed, and we'll contact you if we spot a problem. This is not a proofread of your content.
2.3 Where we send you a proof, production starts once you approve it. We're not responsible for errors in a proof you have approved.
2.4 Colours can look different on screen and in print, and can vary slightly between print runs and materials. Small variations are not a fault.
2.5 If you use our Design Service, you'll own the final approved design once your order is paid in full. Working and source files are not included unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Your content
3.1 By sending us artwork, logos, photos or text, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that printing them won't infringe anyone's rights.
3.2 We won't print content we consider offensive, illegal, defamatory or infringing. You agree to cover any loss we suffer if your content breaks someone's rights.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
4.2 Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
4.3 If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before going ahead. You can then confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver across the UK. Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after your artwork is approved. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
5.2 Some large or heavy items are delivered by pallet. We'll confirm the cost before processing.
5.3 The goods are your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Cancelling, returns and faulty items
Please see our Refund & Returns Policy. In short: personalised items made to your design can't be cancelled once production has started, but your legal rights for faulty items are never affected.
7. Our responsibility to you
7.1 If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failure.
7.2 If you're a business customer, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we're not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
7.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
8. Problems with your order
If something isn't right, please email accounts@hethelprint.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. This helps us put it right quickly. It doesn't reduce your legal rights.
9. Other terms
9.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you ordered apply to your order.
9.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute.
