Shipping policy
We deliver to addresses across the UK mainland. For delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, please contact us first.
Delivery times
Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days after your artwork is approved. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you need your order by a particular date, tell us before you order and we'll do our best to help.
Delivery charges
- Standard items: £4.99 per order.
- Orders including a large item (such as banners, roller banners, pavement signs and large frames): £9.99 per order.
- Oversized items (such as gazebos, café barrier kits, flag bases, queue barriers, clothes rails, gridwall and slatwall, dump bins, counters and floor-standing displays): £19.99 per order.
- Pallet deliveries: some very large or heavy items, such as forecourt signs, are delivered by pallet. We'll confirm the cost with you before we process your order.
If your order includes items from more than one of these groups, each delivery charge applies. The total delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Collection
You're welcome to collect your order from Unit 22, Hethel Engineering Centre, Chapman Way, Hethel, Norfolk, NR14 8FB. Please wait until we tell you it's ready.
Tracking and problems
We'll email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking where available. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email accounts@hethelprint.co.uk or call 07769 200277 and we'll put it right.
