If you're a builder, plumber, electrician, gardener, cleaner or mobile tradesperson in Norfolk, your vehicle is already driving past hundreds of potential customers every day. A magnetic vehicle sign turns every trip to a job, the merchants or the school run into free advertising.
Why choose magnetic signs?
- Removable: take them off for weekends, holidays or when you use the vehicle personally
- No commitment: perfect for leased or shared vehicles where permanent graphics aren't allowed
- Affordable: a fraction of the cost of a full vehicle wrap
- Easy to update: change your phone number or services without re-signing the whole van
What to put on your van sign
- Your business name and logo, big and clear
- What you do in a few words, like "Plumbing & Heating" or "Garden Maintenance"
- Your phone number, large enough to read from another car
- Your area, such as "Wymondham, Norwich & South Norfolk"
- Your website or social handle if there's space
Less is more. People glance at a van for a couple of seconds, so make those seconds count.
Looking after magnetic signs
- Fit them to clean, dry, flat steel panels
- Remove and wipe them, and the panel, regularly
- Take them off before using a car wash
- Store them flat when not in use
Complete the look
Match your van with branded workwear, hi-vis vests, business cards, NCR invoice pads and Correx site boards. Customers trust tradespeople who look organised.
Frequently asked questions
Are magnetic van signs any good?
Yes. They're an affordable, removable way to advertise your business on a vehicle, ideal for tradespeople and leased vans.
Do magnetic signs work on all vehicles?
They need a flat steel panel. They won't stick to aluminium, plastic or fibreglass panels, so check your vehicle first.
